On receipt of this online form you will receive a confirmation email and invoice with details of how to pay the deposit (usually within 48 hours). Please do not book your flight until you have paid your deposit and received confirmation of your reservation.

Once this form is completed you will be reserved the places required on our tour for 5 days from the date of the submission or in the case of a tour been full you will receive an email stating this.

Within 2 days of the submission of this form you will be sent an invoice via email with details of how to pay the deposit, major credit/debit cards are accepted. The deposit must be paid within the 5 days (from submission of this form) otherwise your reserved spaces will be lost and you will need to re apply. The deposit amount may differ from tour to tour but usually it will be £100-£150 per person.

On receipt of your deposit a confirmation email will be sent along with an invoice for the full amount which is due for payment 9 weeks before your tour starts, 1 reminder will be sent prior to this date, if full payment is not made your tour may be cancelled and cancellation rules will apply see full terms and conditions for details.

If your booking is made within 9 weeks of the start date you will receive an invoice for the full amount of the tour which will be due within 5 days of the submission of this form failure to do this will result in your submission form becoming invalid.

Please remember you will need personal holiday insurance to be included on our tours, a valid certificate must be produced at the time of collection. Failure to provide this may result in your tour being cancelled and cancellation rules (see our terms and conditions) will be applied.
